1 xbat's Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 1 xbat platform and all its services. By visiting the website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

1 xbat is strictly available to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Any user found to have registered with a false age will have their account permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

1 xbat reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via a notice on the platform. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.

Each individual may register only one account on 1 xbat. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Your name, date of birth, and mobile number must all match your real identity. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — including your National ID or passport — may be required at the time of withdrawal.

• A valid mobile number must be provided at registration — OTP verification is mandatory.
• Multiple members of the same household may maintain separate accounts, provided they use different devices and payment methods.
• It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.

1 xbat currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100, and the maximum limit depends on your account's verification level.

All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support with your transaction ID.

• Deposits may be delayed if the correct reference number is not used at the time of payment.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — only payment accounts in your own name may be used.
• We strongly advise against betting with credit cards or borrowed money.
• 1 xbat reserves the right to hold deposits in cases of suspicious transactions.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 1 xbat is ৳500. The daily maximum withdrawal limit depends on your VIP level. Standard members can withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. However, withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed or if there is an active bonus on the account.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• At least one deposit must be made before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• A withdrawal request can be cancelled within 1 hour of submission.
• Withdrawals of large amounts (৳1,00,000+) may require additional verification.

1 xbat offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements and expiry period, clearly communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

• Welcome Bonus: A percentage bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirements are typically 5–10x.
• Reload Bonus: Special bonuses on subsequent deposits, offered on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Cashback: A weekly cashback on a portion of losses for high roller members.
• Free Bet: Free bets available on selected special events.

Bonuses expire automatically once the validity period ends. If wagering requirements are not met within the given period, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

It is the user's responsibility to understand the rules of a sport before placing bets on 1 xbat. Each market has its own rules, which are clearly stated on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a live cash-out option is available).
• If an event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a data feed error or technical fault, 1 xbat reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Payments may be withheld if match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are suspected.
• If an event in a parlay bet is cancelled, the odds for that selection will be set to 1.00.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair and safe environment on the 1 xbat platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic odds exploitation.
• Exploiting technical bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or other forms of cyber attack.
• Cheating or manipulating other users.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. If there are pending bets at the time of closure, you will need to wait for them to be settled first.

1 xbat reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Security risks or actions that could harm other users.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 2 years).

1 xbat always strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, 1 xbat will not be held liable for losses resulting from the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unscheduled server maintenance or technical failures.
• Theft of password or login credentials due to the user's own negligence.

However, if a loss occurs due to a direct platform error, 1 xbat will make every effort to compensate the affected amount. A complaint must be submitted to support within the specified timeframe.

1 xbat reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will be notified on the platform and sent to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
